OT FOR KIDS is a private practice providing pediatric occupational therapy services for children with developmental and physical disabilities. The goal at OT FOR KIDS is to help promote independence in a variety of settings and to facilitate success in all areas of development. We strive to promote age-appropriate play, self-help skills, and achievement of developmental milestones.
Occupational therapy is a profession that helps individuals of all ages be more functional in all daily living tasks. Children who have difficulty with handwriting, motor coordination, self-help skills, feeding and age-appropriate play may benefit from occupational therapy services.
We are located in the greater metro Washington, DC region. We have licensed occupational
therapists in Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia. NDT and SIPT certifications
are held by our therapists.
OT FOR KIDS offers year round occupational therapy services focusing on improving fine, gross, visual, oral and sensory motor skill development. We consult with medical and rehabilitation teams, teachers and family members to promote continuity of care for the child. Therapy plans are all individualized to help meet the specific needs of each child and family.
