We offer the following Summer Handwriting Groups:
Pre-Writing Group: This group will focus on teaching the child how to draw shapes and become familiar with letter formations.
Printing Group: This group will be aimed at helping the child form legible upper and lower case letters and use appropriate spacing between words while writing sentences.
- Beginner and Advanced printing groups are offered
Cursive Group: This group will help the child learn cursive writing with ease and improved neatness with letter formations.
Common Handwriting Problems:
- Poor Pencil Grasp
- Not Leaving Spaces Between Words
- Pressing too Hard/Too Soft While Writing
- Letter and Number Reversals
- Awkward Letter Formations
- Poor Posture at the Table
- Difficulty Remembering how to form Letters and Numbers
